This was Washington Hoyt's first tournament, and was on time! It was a smaller tournament, but this did not mean it was easy! Joshua played fiercely and took first place for his grade. The overalls only went three places, and he was fourth, losing only a single close game.

Elizabeth came away with three wins, and qualified for the state finals.
